I started my career at Musashi in 2016 with a dual study program in business administration. It was clear to me even before I graduated from high school that I wanted to do a dual study program, as it allows you to combine theory and practice perfectly and thus accelerate your career entry after graduation. During this time, I worked in various departments with a focus on business administration and was even able to spend a semester abroad at the company headquarters in Japan. After completing my dual studies in 2019, I decided to join the sales department, where I was responsible for the customer Mercedes-Benz as a project engineer and was also able to gain valuable experience by working closely with the Head of Sales Europe. After about 1 ½ years, I then moved to Corporate Development at Musashi Europe, where I worked on various corporate and organizational development issues as part of an analyst position. The following year, I took up a management position and assumed key responsibilities in the area of corporate strategy and development with a strong focus on electrification and its impact on Musashi Europe's future business activities. Since February 2023, I have been working in the newly created role of "Chief of Staff" for Musashi Europe, where, as part of the management team, I am responsible for and lead groundbreaking initiatives for the future.
