It's the mix that counts: As an industrial engineer (m/f/d) and specialized specialist, you can quickly familiarize yourself with both commercial and technical issues. You will therefore be primarily involved in coordinating processes and solving problems that may arise when technical and commercial processes are interlinked. In many areas of our company, you will therefore have the opportunity to focus on sales, purchasing, controlling, project management or logistics.

Duration of training: 3 years
Cooperative State University: Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg (DHBW)

Your requirements

Qualification: A-levels or entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences with a pass in the DHBW aptitude test

Study means “eagerness” in Latin - a clear strength of yours. You will also have a structured and analytical mindset, an interest in technology and business administration and flexibility. Last but not least, your ability to communicate and work in a team emphasize your personality.

Your opportunities

A double advantage: during your studies, you are a student on the one hand and a trainee on the other. During your studies, you will acquire theoretical knowledge at the university and switch from there to practical phases in the company every 12 weeks. Not only will you get to know all relevant areas of the company, but you will also gain a high level of practical and social skills.
