Your skills are required to ensure that the production and maintenance of manufacturing components runs smoothly.
You will set up machines and production systems and check their functions. You will determine the causes of faults, order or manufacture suitable spare parts and carry out repairs.

You have good prerequisites with technical understanding, good knowledge of mathematics and physics, abstract thinking skills and ideally a good command of English. You will complement all this with the ability to work in a team, motivation, flexibility and a willingness to learn.
If you want to think outside the box professionally, you can take an examination to become an industrial foreman (m/f/d) in the field of metal or a technician (m/f/d) in the field of mechanical engineering. If you have the appropriate university entrance qualification, it is possible to study at a university.
