At Musashi, you have full control over the machines and systems. You set up, convert, and operate both tool and production machines as well as production systems. This also includes preparing work processes, material flow, checking machine functions, and commissioning the machines. At regular intervals, you inspect the operational readiness of the machines and systems, which also includes their maintenance and repair.

Qualification: Successfully completed vocational qualification.
You possess technical understanding, good knowledge of mathematics and physics, and abstract thinking skills. These are complemented by teamwork skills, motivation, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
After achieving a certain grade point average and successfully passing the final exam, there is an opportunity to obtain a qualification in another of the offered metal professions. This allows you to advance your career further and complete an additional training period of 1.5 years
